Thumbnails not showing

    Hi there.

    I’m having an issue with thumbnails similar to a previous unresolved user query. The images are loaded in the correct place, but the thumbnail that displays in both the front and backend is no-pic.jpg

    Can you help?

    Hi @dianafleming,

    We tested your query on our server. Ultimate WordPress Auction plugin displays the appropriate thumbnail for all auctions and it loads properly on the frontend and backend. We checked this issue on your site. It looks like the thumbnail of all auctions comes correct on your site. There is no issue in it.

    It didn’t work. I was getting the ‘no image’ for the thumbnail, but the greater problem was that it crashed the site when someone bid on an item. The auction went live today so I replaced it with something else because of the critical site errors your plugin produced.

    Thanks for the response. I’m not using your plugin any more, since we had to start our auction on Monday.

    I’m happy to reinstall it and set up an item or two to bid on if you would like to solve the two problems I was having (critical error and thumbnails) to make your plugin better for future users, but I don’t need this work done for me anymore. Let me know. 🙂
