Thumbnails Not Uploading

I can’t upload or change thumbnails in my Portfolio Items. When I click the “add file” button, nothing happens. This is a really important function, as it’s a portfolio site and I need to be able to add new work or edit existing work.

I checked with the theme that I installed, and that’s not where the problem is coming from. I also checked my plug-ins, and there are no related plug-ins to the Portfolio Items.

I’d really appreciate any help, thank you so much!

Check for any javascript errors being generated by your site that may be causing issues:

Also, I checked on a few different computers to make sure this wasn’t just a hardware problem, but I can’t edit or upload new thumbnails on any computer that I use.

Sorry, but you’re using a premium/paid theme. It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme http://themeforest.net/item/aware-responsive-wordpress-portfolio-theme/1049029 for help with customizations and issues. You paid for support when you bought the theme, so you should contact the people who sold you the theme. It’s not a theme conflict. I already contacted the support from that theme.

The tab for “Portfolio” in my dashboard belongs to the theme.

The tab for “Portfolio Items” does not belong to the theme, nor a plug-in. Isn’t it a default option for WordPress sites?

No, it is not default by WordPress. Default is to have ‘Page’ and ‘Post’ as the only two post formats. I would guarantee its linked to the theme.
