Thumbnails not using cropped / regenerated wordpress thumbnail

I am cropping images for my thumbnails using the wordpress cropping tool, and I have specified a larger thumbnail size in my wordpress media settings.

However, Category Grid View is not using those cropped thumbnails and also is using a smaller size. How do I force it to use this?
