thanks for reaching out! Would you be so kind and tell me what image size are you using as a featured image? Also, which WP theme do you use?

It seems kind of random now that I tested it more. Some articles pull the featured image and some pull the first image in the article even though the article has a featured image. The featured image is always 620×359 and the thumbnail in the plugin is set to 184×100. We’re using a child theme based on a Kopa theme created by a third party company that we used to build our site initially.

thanks for getting back to me and really sorry for the late reply. Would you be so kind and give me a link to your blog, so that I can take a closer look? Also, when you have set the custom size to 184×100, have you also added the CSS code in the “Custom CCS box” for that size?

I am having this same issue and I post from different people and it does not look good when the pictures for the blogs do not pull forward on the Facebook Page. Any suggestions or fix you can give would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Our IT person and I think it has to do with the size of the featured image however we are not sure what size parameter that it.
