Thumbnails on main index page not showing up!

    The plugin is awesome but I could already see some improvements that need to be added.
    Here’s one for example. Only uploaded images show up as thumbnails on the main index page. Posts with images hosted on image hosting sites such as photobucket for example are not shown as thumbnails. Just make the first image in post show up no matter the source as thumbnail OR alternatively you can make the thumbnail image retrieval from custom fields and let the user set from which custom field it should use the image from. Or better, add both options and let the user decide what to do.

    I will come up with more suggestions in the future. First do this because this is a must have not just for me but for everybody. I guarantee you that there are lots of WP users out there that host their images elsewhere so they can save bandwidth.
