Hello,

thank you for your great plugin 😉

I have two question:
which is the maximum imagesize of the thumbnail in the PRO edition? And is it possible to choose the size?

Could you provide more information? Are you talking about the featured image thumbnail feature here: http://embedplus.com/add-youtube-video-thumbnails-featured-image-wordpress.aspx
If it is, then thumbnail responsivity/sizing/stretching/layout period is handled by themes. All we do is provide the post with the highest quality possible featured image available from the YouTube API. This highest is 480×360: https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/docs/thumbnails

Or, are you referring to gallery thumbnails?
