Thumbs inline with text

I am trying to get the thumbnail title to go below the thumbs, but when the title is selected as display inline after thumb it simply adds the title to the bottom right of the thumb.

Any suggestions as to by this is happening?

site is: luxuryfam [dot] com. and the plugin is used on the video pages. Currently I have it set to thumbnail only due to this problem.
