Thumbs not populating

    Hello team,
    I’m unable to obtain thumbnails when using the recommended plugins on your documentation page (https://wpenjoy.com/documentation/enjoyvideo): Video Thumbnails Reloaded

    The video was set to hidden on Vimeo, then I switched it to public mode and still no thumbnail, any idea what could be wrong or if that plugin was fully tested?
