Thumb's not up

    I have the premium edition which I bought for the thumbs up option so the children we provide the our website for wouldn’t get the chance to be negative. Anyway it worked great for our first few competitions but when I tried it yesterday the Star Rating, Drop Down and Like/Dislike options worked fine but when I choose the Like option and clicked on it the following message appeared:

    There was a problem saving your vote, please try again in a few minutes.

    I am using version 1.0 of the plugin.

    Any suggestions welcome as we are hoping to start our new competition next week.

    Hi iroller

    Please use the latest version of the plugin. There have been a few changes to the voting process since version 1.

    Let me know if you are still having trouble after the update.

    Sorry for bothering you with last question. Once I logged in to my envato account I got the option to download the latest version which works perfectly.

    No problem iroller. I should have probably mentioned you get the updates from the envato account 🙂
