Thumbshots… free version Help please.

Im new to WordPress and this widget.

I had things working well until Thumbshots changed their free service. Now I am not sure where to put some code to get things back to normal.

I need to add this:

Somewhere. But can’t figure out where.

A) Any suggestions on where it should go?

B) Any suggestions on a simple (bulk) way to do it so I don’t have to hand code dozens and dozens of links?
