    I don’t really understand how users can submit support tickets to us with this chat. please advise

    Hi,

    WoowBot free is a simple ChatBot meant to allow site users to search for woocommerce products. Users can email to the admin if there is no product found. That is all this ChatBot does. It is purposefully simple.

    I hope that makes sense.
