    Hello,
I noticed that the ticket count is not accurate. I tried to set the filter to show all the tickets from all the dates, and when I do so the total count at the top of the list shows I have 28 tickets but when i go through the list there is only 20 tickets showing.
Also when I filter by month there is a couple of tickets that should show up and are not showing up.
I believe there is something wrong with the ticket count and the filtering.

    Please help resolve this issue.

Only showing up to two pages of tickets, I ordered it by date and it shows the other tickets that is also counting as part of the 28 but apparently the system only shows 20 tickets and the rest dont make it to the top 20.

    Hi @erelyn10,

Does it happen to all the roles in the back end? Also, try to deactivate your other plugins to see if the problem continues. Regarding the ticket count on top of the ticket list, this is a custom type feature of WordPress that shows the total number of posts that are open and closed.

    Regards.

    Hi @yeisonbp,

It happens when Im logged in as an admin on wordpress.
For example, there is a total of 27 tickets and thats for all status on the tickets. There is only 10 tickets displayed per page, so in order for the tickets to show there should be 3 pages but the plugin will only show 2 pages and no more than that.

I will try to deactivate the other plugins and see what happens.
