Ticket count update

Hi,
Sorry if some question is irrelevant to the design of the plugin. 🙂
Right now, there is one ticket in our test and thus it is being answered, there is a notification in the WordPress menus that there is one ticket.
I would think that there is one new, un-answered question.

Or is it designed to show the number of open tickets, regardless if they are answered or not? (not just new)
