Hi @wprajshukla ,
Thank you for reaching out.
Do you have an email logging plugin installed and activated on your site? Have you checked if the ticket email is getting generated at the very least? I would also recommend looking into the order status of your purchased tickets (see Managing Orders and Attendees) to see if they’re in completed state.
Hi Tristan,
Yea I can see all the tickets purchased are in completed state.
I am using Contact Form plugin and through that I have created a form for new users to get registered.
I didn’t understand this point – Have you checked if the ticket email is getting generated at the very least?
Also, I am not using any ecom plugin like – WooCommerce or so am completely relying on event commerce only.
Can you also explain me how email is working here for event tickets ? If any other email plugin can cause it not to work then what it could be? I can give you more insights on this like any further info you require to troubleshoot this.
Thanks
Hi @wprajshukla ,
Thank you for your message.
What I mean about the “Have you checked if the ticket email is getting generated at the very least?” was if you had an email logging plugin installed and activated on your site, do you see a log for the ticket email?
Technically, when you have Enable Tickets Emails enabled in Tickets -> Settings -> Emails (tab), the purchaser will receive two emails — The “Ticket Email” and the “Purchase Receipt” email.
To further help in the investigation here, could you please provide information as to which payment gateway you have enabled with Tickets Commerce?
Thanks for your quick response 🙂
I didn’t saw any log error or a successful log for ticket email.
But yes there was a email log for new logged user whom welcome email has been sent successfully.
Actually none of the payment gateways have been enabled from Paypal and Stripe, also in the settings for Stock Handling I have selected – Decrease available ticket stock and send the ticket to the customer as soon as a Pending order is created.
Hi @wprajshukla ,
Thank you for your message and the information.
If you have no payment gateways enabled with Tickets Commerce, technically, you shouldn’t have been able to create a ticket, as it is one of the prerequisites before a ticket is allowed to be created.
To help me better understand the situation, could you please get back to me with the direct URL of the page where you have the ticket on?
Hi Tristan
Try logging in first -> https://www.eclre.org/my-account/
and then purchase a ticket through the following link. Here you will find the particular ticket -> https://www.eclre.org/event/outstanding-practices-in-inclusion-recognition-informational-webinar-2/#tribe-tickets__tickets-form
This is the URL of the events page -> https://www.eclre.org/event/
Thanks : )

Hi @wprajshukla ,
Thank you for your message and the information.
Regrettably, WordPress Forum Guidelines prohibits the sharing of login credentials as well as we’re strictly prohibited from logging in to live sites per our scope of support.
Could you perhaps deactivate the login requirement temporarily?
