    Hi,
I got some tickets that closed the day before the event at 6PM
    I checked on the table
    wp_em_tickets
    The field
    ticket_end
    is NULL
Does this mean that they are no date/time ending set. And that people can book until the event is not started. Example an event starts on Tuesday 26/09 at 9am, they can book a ticket until Tuesday 26/09 at 8:59am

    Dear Angelo-nwl,

    EM Version 5.7.3

Are you setting the finishing times on the tickets (using the “available until” option), or on the event (using the Booking Cut-Off Date setting)?

I use the Booking Cut-Off Date setting and put no date/time; So the event creates the ending date at the date/time of the event.
I would like to understand the corresponding MySQL table for the ending booking time of an event.
If it is in the table
    wp_em_tickets
    The field
    ticket_end
    is NULL

    Hello,

Perhaps the NULL is because no date/time was set. Try test adjusting that setting and see if the field updates.
