    I changed the ticket id prefix in the advanced settings, and then created a new ticket but the new id is not showing.

    The setting was “#” now changed to “CL17”

    I still see #46

    I am expecting to see CL1746

    The setting was “#” now changed to “CL17”

    Your changes will reflected into the individual tickets/open ticket. The # does not change on ticket list page because of it is static symbol.
