    Hello,

    If the tickets page appears empty, please make sure you are added as an Administrator/Agent under Support → Support Agents → Agents.

    If you are already listed there, please delete your agent profile and then add yourself again as an Agent/Administrator. After re-adding, check the tickets page again.

    This usually resolves permission or visibility-related issues.
