ticket not generated

    Hey i just activated the plug in and test it with woocommerce, but it seems like there is no tickets generated although the product is already listed as a raffle play product. is there any explanation on how to activate it on the right way? or is it not compatible yet with wordpress 6.0 ?

    Hi,

    The plugin is compatible with the latest version. Can you give me more details, have you tried to put the error report on ? and see if you are getting any errors reported at checkout or before?

    Hi,

    Raffle tickets are only generated when Order is changed to Processing or Completed.
