    Hi,

    Tickets is not showing. I am using another plugin to control the role accessibility, once i activate that plugin, tab “Ticket -> All Tickets” and “Ticket -> Add New” disappear, if i refresh the page it showed me “You need a higher level of permission.Sorry, you are not allowed to edit posts in this post type.” but i have the administrator access for it.

    Hi:

    I suspect you might have set up something incorrectly in the permissions plugin you are using. It is impossible to tell you what that would be since there’s not enough details about the roles and capability restrictions you’ve set up in the permissions plugin in this ticket.

    Thank You, i have resolve the issue by grant the manage control on the role to that plugin.
