Thanks for sharing that with us.
It’s currently not possible to create templates for the single event page with the Elementor theme builder, but we are working on improving compatibility.
To modify a template, you will still need to do it the regular way. If you need more information on customizing template files, please check out this link: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/customizing-template-files-2/.
