If not, can you try out the following and let me know if they work for you, please?
1. Are you able to delete the tickets and then enter them back in the desired order?
Alternatively, can you disable all your plugins except the Calendar and ticket plugins and see if there might be any conflict causing this to not work, please?
@chikaibeneme Thanks for your response. 1st method i have tried. But ticket order automatically change when we edit event. It doesn’t work. And we don’t have other plugins. We have tried deactivating other plugins. But still drag and drop ticket order doesn’t work. Is there any way i can sort of order by name?

But tickets.php file there is no code ob_start(); like this 7 line

Are you using Events tickets Plus, or Event tickets? the feature is only available in our events tickets plus plugin, as you’re supposed to edit the “/event-tickets-plus/src/views/wootickets/tickets.php” file.

@chikaibeneme I am using event ticket and event ticket plus both plugins. And i have tried event ticket plus ticket.php file
@chikaibeneme Please check screenshot http://prnt.sc/1x6d9ts the tutorial you created 2020 December. I think latest version plugin code you guys changed?

I checked with our team on this and some tests were performed. The functionality works on the latest version of our plugin which is currently Event Tickets Plus 5.2.10. We see that you referenced version 4.6 as the one that you are running. Upgrading to the latest version should resolve this issue for you.

This could be pointing to a conflict as we’ve tested on our sandbox site and we’re able to see the feature working properly. I’d recommend running a conflict test to see if you’re able to narrow down the issue further:

@chikaibeneme I have tried 3 websites and without activating other plugins and wp default theme, the latest version WordPress and PHP version 7.3
There should not be any conflict
I have added 5.2.2.1 version. It’s backed. And now i see drag and drop working. I believe latest version has drag and drop issue.
