I just started using the event calendar and tickets plug-ins and notice that the event ticket quantity counter is behaving oddly.

On a desktop – there are two counters – the leftmost of which works, the right most of which doesn’t.

on mobile (iOS), there are no counters and the only way to adjust the quantity is by manually entering a number.

How do I get rid of the inactive counter on the desktop version and how do I get a working counter on mobile?

I am not seeing the right most counter on your site for some reason.
Would you mind telling me which browser and which version you are using ?

As for the mobile version, this is actually standard behaviour of a number input field: https://mobiforge.com/design-development/html5-mobile-web-forms-and-input-types#number

The good news is that you can add buttons should you wish to.
Just to set expectations, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues.
