Ticket registration

When I want to enter a manual booking in the wpadmin I am not allowed anymore.

“you need to allow us to collect data and save it before we can add this reservation” (or something similar)

Is this because my license has expired, or did something change otherwise recently…this was always possible (even when the event was full with the override checkmark)
