    I created an event, and had 2 ticket variations on it. The first variation was the ‘real’ tickets, and had a total of 15 tickets. The second variation was a test ticket that I tested the process with, which I did, then cancelled/refunded/deleted the order. I then deleted this second variation. However, now I am unable to sell all tickets for the first variation. Only 14 have sold and it’s now saying the event is sold out.

    How do I adjust the tickets sold for an event to reflect the actual count sold?

    Greetings! Thanks for reaching out to us.

    That is not supposed to happen. After deleting the 2nd variation of the ticket the count should remain the same. Like if you sold 15 to 2 items then remaining 1 item from the first variation. When you delete the 2nd variation then the 1st variation should remain the same 13 items. And it will give you access to purchase remaining tickets. From our end it is working nicely. 

    And if you want to reset the report then you have to refunded or canceled the woo order. Then it will go in the previous state of tickets.
