ticket-submit plugin causes generic error on Pagely

    This worked last week. Now, the shortcode (even on a plain, blank page) generates a generic error. Obviously, my users are a bit concerned. Me, too. Any help would be appreciated.

    Also, this is what Pagely sent us back:

    Those errors typically happen when there’s a PHP Fatal Error happening. The following is what I found in the PHP Error Log:

    The Awesome Support plugin has been throwing PHP Fatal Errors for quite some time. The error listed above goes back as far as August 10:

    Hi:

    Is this a hard error where you end up with a white screen or is it one that is thrown in the error log but everything else seems like its working?

    And this is thrown on the login page?

    Also, I assume that this is PHP 7 or later on WP 4.9.8 or is it PHP 5.6?

    Finally, can you tell us what else is running on the site including the theme.

    The dump above is what the hosting provider told me when I asked them about the same problem. It is not thrown on the login page.
