I’ve searched through support and dev documentation but didn’t locate. If I missed it, kindly point me to them. Happy to read.

ASK: Can you kindly give a definition on these fields?

Reserve Qty: Does this mean a # of tickets that can not be purchased online? <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Is this the scenario?</span> 100 seats in the room. 20 are “held back” for VIP and not for sale online.

Sale End Date / Time: Does this mean the last date/time the ticket can be purchased. Once this timestamp is passed, the tickets show as “sold out”? Since there is not a “regular price” and “sale price” field, that is my best guess in the use and definition of the sale end date/ time fields. <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Is this the scenario?</span> Admin UX sale end date / time is set for 3.19.23 @ X:X0pm. At 3.19.23 @ X:X1pm, the ticket can no longer be purchased.

See screenshot URL for WooCommerce Event Mgr UX location.

    Thanks for clarification.

==> Yes, if you want to hold some tickets offline, you can use this option.

Sale End Date / Time: Does this mean the last date/time the ticket can be purchased.
==> Yes, When the DateTime has passed, this ticket type will be hidden from the ticket type list.
