    Hi All

    Just noticed the after updating The ‘event tickets’ plugin I have the following issues:

    1) ticket form not showing (should be at the bottom of the page)
    2) The map from google map API disappears
    3) Reduced functionalities/options/settings when using the plugin from WP dashboard

    Any idea how to solve this?

    Thanks for reaching out — sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties.

    Sorry about the wait on this as well, we’ve been busier than usual.

    First, please take a look at our Testing for Conflicts article as many issues that arise are theme/plugin related.

    If that doesn’t help, please enable WP_DEBUG and see if it throws any PHP errors.

    I have a feeling that the Map API is related, run through those steps and let us know!

    Thanks for replying. Yes actually, they were 2 unrelated problems. All sorted now anyway. Thanks anyway
