tickets section disappears

When my staff creates an event, the ticket section doesn’t always stay active. I’ve checked to ensure that the deadline hadn’t been reached, and in every case, it hadn’t. I usually have to go to the ticket section, click on save all tickets, then click update for the ticket section to show again. I’m not sure why it continues to disappear, but this may be something that you need to look into. Thanks.
