    I get this error message when uploading product catalog feed to TikTok, “712 errors -100.00%products rejected due to errors”. I am sure there are no errors a) because it’s generated by CTX and b) because the same data is being uploaded to Google Merchant. What could be the issue and the solution?

    Could you please download if there are any error reports in Tiktok indicating what’s wrong with the feed?

    this is the only error I am getting “712 errors (this is the number of products I am trying to upload) -100.00%products rejected due to errors”…

    Also, When I accessed the product feed on TikTok it showed red in the price feed. It seems that it might not be accepting the price format 3,65€…and it might need a dot instead of coma, or vice versa. The fact of the matter is that this is the right price format for Europe…
