TikTok Plugin not Syncing Products

    I’ve installed the TikTok plugin and connected to my tiktok shop account. Although my products are not syncing. All products are in disproved section with following message:

    There was an error syncing your products
    – upload file type is invalid

    I really don’t know what to do, I went through TikTok products requirements and everything seems to be up their specifications, although products are not being synced at all.
