• I’ve installed the TikTok plugin and connected to my tiktok shop account. Although my products are not syncing. All products are in disproved section with following message:

    There was an error syncing your products
    – upload file type is invalid

    I really don’t know what to do, I went through TikTok products requirements and everything seems to be up their specifications, although products are not being synced at all.
