I’m not sure I understand what you’re trying to achieve. Could you give me more details about what you’d like to do with Tiled Galleries and the Infinite Scroll module? Do you experience issues with one of these modules?

No issues. I ask if someone have made it before. My purpose is to extend the tiled gallery with infinite scroll behavior. If i want to make a gallery with a lot of pictures, will be nice to show a initial tiled with a limited photos and only next load the rest, with a button or other way.

I’m afraid that’s not possible at the moment as WordPress Galleries do not include any pagination option. Once you can split galleries into pages, you will be able to add effects to switch from one page to another.
