Hi @conradcommunications,
On my end, I’m seeing a few plugins that might be conflicting:
- LiteSpeed Cache: I would start here, as this plugin was updated most recently (6/27/25). This plugin can minify JS and that is known to make parts of Jetpack work unexpectedly.
- Asset CleanUp: The JavaScript minification feature of this plugin can make parts of Jetpack work unexpectedly. Please ensure that you’re not minifying any of Jetpack JS files.
- Security Optimizer: This plugin can disable Jetpack’s connection to XML-RPC, which has caused this site to return to an alternate endpoint. Please ensure that Jetpack can use the XML-RPC endpoint. You can allow our IPs, and this should rectify this.
If you’re still experiencing this issue after conflict testing these plugins, please reach back out.
Thank you, Swish. We did this exact troubleshooting and in fact turned off all JavaScript optimization and then all optimization entirely for the given URLs with the Tile Gallery.
The same symptoms occur even while logged in as an Administrator. Further, two other sites that most host has have LiteSpeed Cache 7.2 and the same configuration as ours but they do not exhibit this issue. Any ideas?
Hi @conradcommunications –
Thanks for giving that a try.
I tested the Tiled Gallery and couldn’t reproduce the issue on my end, so I suspect that there is something else conflicting here.
As a next step, you’ll want to try a full plugin and theme conflict test, where you disable all plugins other than Jetpack to rule out conflicts coming from other sources. We have instructions on how to do this with the Health Check plugin to avoid making changes on the frontend of your site:

Let us know what you find ut.
Hi there, @conradcommunications,
Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
Hi there, we are still working on this. We may have identified the conflict, and I would like to update this when I can confirm the issue.
Hi there, @conradcommunications,
That’s great news, thanks for the update! I hope the investigation continues to go well.
We’ll keep this thread open for about another week, and if we don’t hear back from you first, we’ll check in to follow up 🙂
You may close this out. Thank you!
