    I’m trying to contact you after purchasing ULTIMATE version of the plugin. I’ve already send 3 mails last 5 days and I didn’t get any answer from you.
    I’ve edited the time blocks as you suggested on your mail for 150 minutes. However I get 17:30, 20:00 and 22:30 instead of 16:30, 19:00 and 21:30.
    Could you please contact me as soon as possible?
    (I’ve changed the time blocks temporarily to 160 minutes but it is still not the solution)

    Hi aardbeio,

    We have two email threads from you. The first was started on April 19th, which we replied to on the same day (within a few hours actually) and also replied to your follow-up question. The second was started last Friday (April 22nd) at 11:23pm our time. Our email support team does not work overnight or on the weekend, which is why you did not receive a response for that thread until this morning. But you did receive a response this morning.

    We’ve explained in these emails that the start time for all time intervals is 00:00 (midnight). Regardless of what your schedule is, if you set the time interval to 150 minutes, it will always go 00:00, 02:30, 05:00, 07:30, …, 15:00, 17:30, 20:00, 22:30. Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no way to alter this. If you need specific times available in the time picker, I would suggest lowering the time interval to 30 minutes or 60 minutes (whichever makes the most sense for you) and then creating several different scheduling rules, in order to make only the times that you want available.

    To be clear, for anyone else viewing this, the time interval option this user is referring to, and the hook that allows you to modify the defaults, are both available in this free plugin. The fact that the user is also using the ultimate version has nothing to do with the specific question/issue being addressed here. If you do have any questions specific to features in the premium or ultimate version, please ask those in the email thread we already having going, as discussion of those is prohibited in these forums (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
