"Time Cache Refresh" not working

Hi there,

It seems that this feature is not working for me. Perhaps I am misunderstanding what it is supposed to do. I understand it to be setting an interval of time for which the weather widget will refresh itself. Is this correct? If so, it doesn’t seem to be working for me.
