Time/Date Settings in CSV

My site settings are not being pulled in and I cannot find any settings for the proper time (EST) and date format 05/03/2019 (month/day/year)

CSV download has the Time defaulting to UTC 0, which is 4 hours later than EST.
Date Format is defaulting to European day/month/year.

Is there a way to correct the time zone and date format for this plugin?

By the way – EXCELLENT plugin to capture leads. 🙂
