Time does not match?

Hi all,
If my client select a time-slot at e.g. 13:30-14:15, then it appears in my calendar (both plugin’s calfeed and Gmail calendar) as 14:30-15:15. See this screenshot.
Why is there a time difference?
My timezone is Amsterdam/Europe.

Please adjust the settings field indicated in the following image to make the date in the iCal match the timezone:
