Time field: no required message

Great plugin, it saved me a lot of time.

I only have two issues:

– after submitting an empty time field, no “Required!” message is shown in the form, even though it is set as required
– cannot set time range. Or maybe I don’t know the format to enter. i.e. 10:00 doesnt work.
