Time format for exporting CSV

    CSV export function of the function added in version 2.4.
    I am grateful to add this feature. There is only one request.

    The time format is “AM/PM”.
    It seems that it is being converted at the time of exporting, since it is confirmed by opening the CSV with a text editor.
    I have specified it as a 24-hour format in WordPress settings.

    I want to make this a 24-hour format. I would like to be able to change the setting of “export time format” in Activity Log setting.
