    Hi @seanbee,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    If you set to show the popover if the user has only seen it only 1 time using the pop over condition “Popover shown less than” then the pop over won’t show until 347 days to the users if it is seen 1 time.

    Also the timing is set using browser cookie so it is browser specific.
