    Hi!
    Is there any possibility for time limited purchase using vipps for woocommerce?
    My plan: I have a free wordpress news blog that I want to expand with business package.
    I would very much like to reserve one of the news post categories on the news site for subscription paying customers.
    I don´t think this is possible now, but what about considering:
    A solution where customers, through vipps for woocommerce, gets access to one or several categories on a news site only buy paying with Vipps – on a one year deal, 6 months deal etc?
    This would require that the payment only lasts for one or several time limited periods, and that the customer will have to make another payment when the period expires.
    This kind of “paywall” would, in my opinion, expand the flexibility for vipps by opening new possibilities for vipps business customers.

    This seems to be a Woo/WP feature more than a payment gateway feature – there may well exist a plugin for this. Certainly there exists paid membership plugins and so forth; though I’m not familiar with any to recommend that would work with Woo.

    It would be fairly easy to create functionality like this:
    – create a virtual/downloadable product
    – add hooks that would create a user/grant access to that user for the time period requested for anyone buying that product
    – add checks for access to your restricted pages

    You might also want to look at the plugin “Login with Vipps” that will allow users to also use the Vipps app to log in instead of username/password.

    But the payment gateway doesn’t seem to be the correct place to add this: you would probably also want to allow users to use Paypal or other methods.
