Time links do not work

Hello, I can’t seem to get videos to start at a certain time through this plugin.

According to the contectual help it should be with the format ?t=1m50s for example at the end of the video URL however that does not work. I have also tried #t=1m50s, &t=1m50s and start=1m50s but none of them seem to work and neither does just using the time in seconds, any ideas?
