Hi @mirarno,
Are you referring to the tooltip box that appears when hovering over an event in the Month view? See: https://demo.theeventscalendar.com/events/month/
If you’re using a caching plugin or settings on your site, make sure to exclude our files from being cached by following this article: <u>Cache Basics</u>
If that’s not the case, could you provide the following version of the following?
- PHP
- WordPress
- The Events Calendar
- Theme and Version
If possible, upload your site into a staging server and share the direct URL of the page you’re having issues with. Please do not share any credentials, this is for us to follow the WordPress Forum Guidelines.
Looking forward to helping you with this one.
Hi @atousanajafi,
Thank you for your reply. Yes I am referring to the tooltip (in your demo) in my website it is a pop-up. I used Happy Addons Pro for the design and loading of The Events Calendar into the website.
There is no caching plugin.
1. PhP: 8.1
2. WordPress: 6.6.1
3. The Events Calendar: 6.6.0.2
4. Hello Elementor: 3.1.1
All plugins a.s.o. are fully up to date.
I have placed a copy on my staging environment and the link of the calendar page is: https://bybitsandpieces.nl/test5/agenda/
As you can see the the time of the event is 16.00 hours and when you click on the pop-up it says 4:00pm – 8:30pm.
Another thing I have noticed is that it does not show the address or not correct. I have made a 2 locations and in the event of July 31 it only shows only the title of the location, and in the event of August 2 it shows the title of the other location but the addres of the first location and not the address I have set in that location.
I have used the Events Calendar already for several other websites and have checked if I had done something wrong by comparing with the other sites but I see no difference. Also they are all with the same hostingprovider so why this one is acting strange is for me a questionmark….
Regards Miranda
Hi @mirarno ,
Thank you for your message and for sending through the information.
In looking into your calendar (https://bybitsandpieces.nl/test5/agenda/), I’m finding that this isn’t the default calendar display, styling and layout that ships with The Events Calendar. It seems this is a view that’s coming from the Elementor Happy add-ons plugin.
That said, I’m afraid this is something you would have to take up with them, as we don’t have in-house knowledge of their programming.
