The time shown on the log is exactly two hours behind my computer time which, as I’m on London UK time, is set to GMT summer time. Can this be adjusted?

Chould you check the timezone setting in
WP Admin › Settings › General
and check if it’s correctly set and that the value “Local time is” is your current/wanted time?

WordPress Settings › General › Timezone

Yes of course – needed setting to London which I’ve now done and all is fine. Thank you for the quick response.
