When I update products in my woo commerce shop I get this error message : “There was an error loading Jetpack account info. Unexpected token ‘<‘,”,!DOCTYPE” … is not valid JSON. How do I fix this?

Also my site runs super slow. I’ve activated all of the boost features that don’t require a payment, and I am using WPSuperCache, but it doesn’t seem to help. It is taking 30-45 seconds to navigate between woo commerce menu items on the backend, and it often times out and gives me an error page.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there, @jamiedmediaworxavcom,

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out. I can see a connection error in Jetpack, which might explain the error you reported. Let’s fix that, and we’ll circle back on the slow pace of the site once that’s addressed 🙂

the connection issue I see on my end is caused by a block happening at the server’s end, which is returning a 503 error. Such errors can be addressed by your hosting provider only, so I recommend reaching out to them and have it fixed by them.

Usually, the first thing to try is to increase the memory available to WordPress, however they should be able to inspect the settings and check what’s up, in case there’s something else affecting the connection health.

Let me know how you get on, and we’ll take it from there. Thanks for sorting this out with us!
