Time Stamp on two year old review

    Today 22.07.2019 I wrote a review to the support for a plugin.
    I realized, that the date is 2 years, 10 months ago.
    Why does this happened?

    2 years and 10 months ago you created a review for that plugin. Today you updated that review.

    You can’t, you can only create 1 review. Why do you have to create a new review?
