Time Zone Issues

Hello,

I’m having an issue displaying time zones for events:

When a time zone for an event is set to something other than the default time zone in WP Settings, it is displayed as “location” instead of abbreviation for the actual time zone, like CST or PST.
For example, http://thelinks.velvetinkmedia.com/event/39th-national-essembly/?instance_id=11.
– Why does it show AMERICA/DENVER instead of MT? What if I dont know what time zone DENVER is in? This means nothing.
– And it’s confusing because it makes it look like this is where the event takes place, when it’s not the case.

Is there a way to display an actual time zone abbreviation?

Also, is there a way to display time zone on every page of the calendar, not just on event details page?
