Thank you for sharing the information about the plugin. Could you please let us know which theme you are using? Sometimes it might be a conflict with your current theme. One test you can try on your end is to deactivate your other plugins one by one to identify the issue. Also, if possible, try changing your current theme and check again.

I am using a theme called Jadro (see screenshot) – I Also tried with the default theme and sadly the problem is the same.

As for the plugins, i disabled all other plugins – again the problem persists:

Could it perhaps be, that my server using php8.3 is the root cause of the problem? Is there any way to check if your plugin is compatible with php8.3?

Hi again,
i tried downgrading my php Version to 8.2. Hower the problem does persist :(. I also tried using the Block Editor variant of you Plugin. While it gets display correctly in the editor (https://snipboard.io/QjpNkr.jpg) it doesn’t render correctly when viewing the webpage (https://snipboard.io/dTowpZ.jpg)

Sorry to hear that this is not working on your end. We have tested the same scenario on our end with the same theme and PHP version, and there is no issue—it is working fine. You can create a test InstaWP site, replicate the same case on that site with the same PHP version and theme, and test it on InstaWP. If it still doesn’t work for you, please share your InstaWP site with us so we can check out the issue.
For the Cool Timeline block, you can make some changes please go to: cool-timeline\includes\cool-timeline-block\src\init.php and comment few line of code as suggested in the screenshots, and it should work for you.
