Timeout?

    Hello,
    I have installed wordpress file upload and it works wonderfully. Thank you! However, I have a client with a bad internet connection. For him, the upload is fast, but then comes the message: “File not uploaded”.

    Can it be that here the server timeout comes and is the problem with the Pro version then gone?

    Hi Steve, there must be some more information together with “File nut uploaded” message. Do you have it?

    Thank you very much for your quick reply.

    The customer gets the following message:

    File %filename% not uploaded.
    Upload failed. Unknown error

    (I use German, but I think the translation is largely correct).

    Can you do something with this?
    Everything works very well for me and I can also upload relatively large files (200MB) without any problems…

    Well if you have the Free version, upload depends on server configuration.

    Do you know the values of the following PHP directives:

    max_execution_time
max_input_time
post_max_size
upload_max_filesize

    Hello Nickolas;

    here the values:

    max_execution_time: 30
    max_input_time: 60
    post_max_size: 32M
    upload_max_filesize: 32M

    If the file is too large, will I get the message: “Unknown error”?
    And why can I upload files up to 200Mb, but not the customer?

    I had the free version. Now I have bought the Pro version and it works perfectly.
