TimeOut Error

Thanks for the great plugin! I have a time-out error. I followed folloowing topic: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/bulk-convert-error-timeout/, but the timeout error stille occurs. Could you eleborate an the background process? Which action do I have to call upon?
