Hello @dazsmodels.
Please look at the php settings on your server (php.ini). What is the value of the ‘max_execution_time’ parameter? Try increasing it and start a new scan. Any result?
You can also add the folder where the cache generated by the caching plugin is stored to the exclusions: WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings → Directory exclusions for the malware scanner.
